Delete your account

Ask us to delete your PaySFT account and everything stored against it. You do not need the app installed to do this.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in
  • Your name, email address and profile picture
  • Your preferences — cities you follow, buying timeline and the interests you picked
  • The news items you liked

This is permanent. Nothing is archived, and we cannot restore it afterwards.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Enquiries you sent us — if you asked us to contact you about a property, that stays for up to 24 months, because it is a record of a conversation with a person rather than part of your account. Say so in the box below and we will remove it too.
  • Nothing else. Your questions to the assistant were never stored against your account, and your location never reached us at all.
